Fireguards

Fireguards aren’t as necessary now as they used to be. Modern fires are much safer than traditional coal fires – they don’t tend to have any open flames meaning they are perfectly safe. However, if you do have an open fire, then a fireguard will be a worthwhile investment to keep your little one safe. Babies will be drawn to coal and tend to want to play with it so a fireguard is essential if your little one can reach the fire, or if they are in the room alone with a fire – make sure you measure it properly, so it fits perfectly!
